The company offers decorative accessories, accent furniture and wall decor, providing custom product development and private label programs that ensure a highly varied assortment and superior sell-through rates.

Creative Co-Op uses Optimizely for their ecommerce platform and recently partnered with Unbound Commerce to design, build and launch a new fully-integrated new app-based ordering platform. Creative Co-Op employs a large 120-person rep team and holds regional and national trade shows to display and sell their wares to wholesale accounts. All reps are now exclusively using the new app for order placement.
“We worked with Unbound Commerce to create an IOS-based custom sales automation app connected to our eCommerce website”, said Adam Schrier, President at Creative Co-Op. “This process needed to take place in only a few months and replace a system developed over decades. The results exceeded our expectations”, he added.

The new app is called “Nspire” and was rolled out in phases, with training. It has rapidly achieved 100% adoption as the new trade show and on-the-road order placement tool. On the app store, it’s described as the ultimate iPad Sales Automation Tool that empowers you to better serve your customers. Whether on the road or in a showroom, it provides everything a sales rep needs to boost productivity and conduct business effectively.
